Quadrant Data Solutions LLC (QDS) was founded by Jack Todes in 2004 to provide Business Process and Knowledge Process Outsourced services. QDS brings together an outstanding set of resources uniquely qualified to provide these services. Our strict quality-controlled processes include data cleansing, verification and linkage, web and data mining, web based research and profile building, and inbound / outbound CRM.

 

Management 

 

JACK TODES, CPA CA(SA) - President and CEO 

 

Jack has over 12 years experience in process outsourcing, the last five in the Business Process arena & prior to that in the call center environment. His primary focus has been operations, finance and strategic alliance management. Previously he served in financial positions in the travel and entertainment industries, and as a Principal in a public accounting firm. Jack is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant and has more than 25 years experience in the world of finance.

 

RAMANA KANUMALLA - Chief Operating Officer, Global Operations

 

Ramana has over 20 years of experience in database management, software development and managing outsourcing of business processes. Previously he served in consulting positions in large companies such as The Franklin Mint, Reckitt-Coleman, SEI Investments and PeopleSoft. He holds an MS in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute and he studied Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.

 

BABU YADATI - Chief Operating Officer, India Operations

 

Babu has over 10 years experience in database management, software development and managing business processes. Previously he worked for 30 years managing Telecom Operations and Development for India's largest Telecom Operator, BSNL. Babu holds an Engineering degree in Electronic & Communications from Madras University and an MBA in Operations Research from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

 

DAVE CLAUTICE - Vice President, Client Services

 

Dave’s career includes positions in cost accounting, industrial engineering, and information technology. In each area his primary focus was on process improvement. He was President and partner in a Philadelphia provider of custom developed information systems and data processing services. He later joined a top 20 teleservices company where he held senior management IT positions including Vice President. He has held positions in various technology supported service industries since 2000.

 

Our Philosophy 

QDS’s philosophy of being “Your Outsourcing Partner for Life” is based on the values: Metrics, Measurement, Monitoring and Management.

 

Metrics: QDS and our client jointly determine the required outcomes/output for each project and establish Metrics for evaluating the quality, timeliness etc. of those outcomes.

 

Measurement: Based on the Metrics established, each project is evaluated and performance is Measured against those Metrics and reported to the client.

 

Monitoring: QDS constantly Monitors production and delivery quality and timing, and proactively makes adjustments where necessary to ensure the required Metrics are met or exceeded.

 

Management: QDS’s US- and India-based Management is actively involved in all aspects of the client relationship and prides itself on being available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to handle client issues and requests.
