Explanation of benefits (EOB) Processing



Using a combination of our offshore and onshore personnel, QDS was able to assist a Medical Billing company process a backlog of almost 10,000 unpaid Payer claims within the requested time frame. This process included both the actual reconciliation of partial payments received, and prospective phone calls to the Payers to determine reasons for non-payment or short-payment, whatever the case may have been. Once each claim was resolved, we updated the client’s database with the details of the resolution.
